How long does a block paved driveway take?
Most driveways take around one to two weeks depending on size, groundwork and access. Jan will give you a realistic timescale when he quotes.
Do you dig out the old driveway?
Yes. We remove the old surface and waste, dig out to the right depth and lay a fully compacted sub-base before any blocks go down.
Will weeds grow between the blocks?
Joints are filled with kiln-dried sand, which helps keep weeds down. An occasional sweep and top-up keeps it looking smart.
Can you add borders, steps or walls?
Yes. Contrasting borders and edgings are included as standard, and we regularly build low walls and steps alongside new drives.
