Resin Driveway FAQ
Do I need planning permission?
Usually not. Resin bound surfaces are permeable, so a new front driveway normally doesn't need planning permission. If in doubt, Jan will advise when he visits.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the area and how much groundwork is needed. Jan will give you a clear timescale along with your quote.
Is the finish permeable?
Yes. Resin bound is fully permeable when laid on the right base, so water drains through rather than running off onto the road.
What colours are available?
There are dozens of blends, from natural golds and browns to greys, blues and charcoal. We'll bring samples to your home so you can choose.
How do I maintain it?
Very little. An occasional sweep and a pressure wash once a year keeps it looking like new.
Can you add borders?
Yes. We finish most resin drives with granite or sandstone sett borders for a crisp, high-end look.
