Who we are
Royal Paving is run by Jan Harwood, a sole trader based in Orpington, Kent. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you get in touch, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
What we collect and how we use it
When you ask for a quote by phone, email or the form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details of the work you're interested in.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, visit your property to measure up, give you a quote, carry out and follow up on your job, and keep basic records for tax and accounting. We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years, and job and invoice records for 6 years as HMRC requires.
Sharing, cookies, your rights and contact
We never sell your information. We only share it where needed to run the business, such as with our website provider (Wix), which stores form enquiries, and our accountant.
This website uses cookies, including Google Ads tags, to measure how well our adverts work, for example when someone sends an enquiry after clicking an ad. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
